Eligibility

Approved Returns

  • Request is submitted within the 100-night trial window
  • Mattress has a manufacturing defect or failed to expand properly
  • Product does not match what was described at the time of purchase
  • Mattress is unopened and return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Defect is covered under the 10-year limited warranty

Not Eligible for Return

  • Request submitted after the 100-night trial period (unless a warranty claim applies)
  • Damage caused by misuse, staining, or use on an unsupported foundation
  • Normal softening or changes in feel over time
  • Purchase made through an unauthorized reseller
  • Excessive wear and tear beyond standard usage

How to Return

Unopened Mattress (within 30 days of delivery)

For mattresses that have never been expanded or used:

  1. Email claims@coolgel.com with your order number.
  2. We will respond to confirm eligibility.
  3. Ship the mattress back using a carrier of your choice. Please note: the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  4. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Opened Mattress, 100-Night Trial

We use a simple virtual return process. No shipping required. You choose one of two options:

Option A, Donate:

  1. Donate the mattress to a local charity or shelter (many offer free pickup).
  2. Email a photo of the donation receipt along with photos of all law tags to claims@coolgel.com.
  3. Full refund issued to the original payment method.

Option B, Dispose:

  1. Dispose of the mattress per your local bulk waste regulations.
  2. Email a photo confirmation along with photos of all law tags to claims@coolgel.com.
  3. Full refund issued to the original payment method.

Defective Mattress

Covered under the 100-night trial or the 10-year limited warranty:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of noticing the defect.
  2. Submit photos to claims@coolgel.com.
  3. We will respond with resolution options.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at claims@coolgel.com.

In the event that returned items must be sent back to the company, the customer must assume all cost for shipping and delivering the package to 1180 Church Rd, Lansdale, PA, USA.
